Welcome to the Club International de Tennis

clubhouse

The International Tennis Club was founded in 1937 by staff members of the League of Nations and the International Labour Office, and is one of the oldest tennis clubs in Geneva. In 2006, the club moved from its original location on the Chemin Eugène-Rigot to its current address at 27, Chemin de l'Impératrice in Pregny-Chambésy. Despite having had to be built again from scratch, the Club has kept its charm, and its casual and friendly atmosphere.

According to its statutes, the Club gives priority to employees and former employees of the United Nations Office in Geneva and other international organizations in Geneva, as well as to persons whose actitivites are linked to those of international organizations in Geneva and representatives of countries in diplomatic missions accredited to those organizations. Nonetheless, it remains open to anyone who wishes to play tennis in a friendly atmosphere.

On the following pages of this section you will find information on what the Club has to offer and the various membership options. Of course, you are always invited to visit the Club in order to chat with members or with the Club secretary, Denis Fiévet, who will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
